Love Hotels Murdo on Interstate 90 SD

Me and my wife tried to stopped by here. Alright dude at the desk. Got offerd granola bars for a Full Breakfast as stated. Before I got into my room two Sketchy black guys where broken down and staying at the hotel aked me for help not a biggie couldnt do much didnt have what they needed so after theve seen me and my wife go into the hotel room one dude walked over and to my truck bed looking in my stuff of my truck with my dogs going off, Sketchy if you ask me. The rooms where not the greatest could not open any windows with mold in there A/C/Heater window Shaker. And a mattress on the ground with a sheet.No bed frame. Live spiders in there nest in almost every corner in the room. No Disrespect by any means but its not healthy to stay here. And be prepared for the next morning on the roa

We had a very nice experience here. The place is a bit dated, and is not fancy--but it had everything we look for in a one night hotel experience as we drive across the country. Right next to the interstate, and the people at the front desk were super friendly, even though we came in very late. The room (second room behind the office, I think room # 14) was clean, smelled nice, and had good beds. We had seen a review complaining about the lights outside the windows so after we checked in, I simply unscrewed the bulb until it turned off, and then our room was nice and dark...all night. (Of course, in the morning I screwed it back in). The room was also very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again next time we travel through South Dakota.

After a stressful day, it was a relief to see the smiling gentleman behind the desk. I was checked in fast! The room had fresh clean smelling sheets and the shower was amazing after a long day. Thank you for the excellent stay, I'll be back soon.

I wish I could put 0 stars. Feet stick to the floor, no TV because the owner hadn't paid cable bill for months and front desk said half the motel is unusable because the owner won't make repairs. Run....run fast and far away from this place!
