Ethan the property manager was extremely helpful and beyond professional. He went above and beyond to help me with my TV and again with the remote. He was welcoming and kind. Rooms are cute and everything works. I'll definitely be back.

This place is much better than the VERY old reviews suggest. It helps this place is under new ownership. They have remodeled the rooms and it is very nice place now. Prices do vary depending on the season. The photos here are accurate except we found NONE of the dirt in the five year old photos. Also sometimes this place is closed during the winter. So in the deep cold offseason I would call ahead. We received an off season price which made it reasonable to us who normally are car campers. Thanks to the kind owner we had a great stay. We visited May 2023.

We showed up late without a reservation and the new owner was very nice and helpful. She let us see the room before we paid. Internet was fine. Its new ownership and they've done a lot of work to fix up the place. Room was basic but had all the necessary accoutrements like shampoo, soaps, microwave, freezer, fridge and a small table and chairs. The shower had hot water and good pressure. It was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. Adorable cabin-style Bed frame too. Apologies for the photo - it was taken as we were leaving.

Anchor Inn was very lucky that a Google review doesn't allow zero star ratings. The room was filthy and they charged me $80 for a night. The toilet bowl was not even wiped after previous guests. The room smells like a dead body. The towels are white, but not the same white. I can certainly see why other reviewers the staffs are hardworking and friendly, enjoy your stay!

I mean, it's a place to sleep. I didn't get any bed bugs, so I guess its got that going for it. A/C unit works great but wasn't on when I got in the room, so it took a few hours to cool down. Bathrooms are in big time need of refinishing. No wifi available and didn't get that great of cell coverage in the room. It was quiet at night at least. Pillows and sheets were thin. For the money, it wasn't worth it but I managed to come through during Sturgis so rooms were sparse and prices were high.
