Lotte New York Palace

We stayed at Lotte New York Palace for New Year’s during our holiday trip, and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Celebrating New Year’s in New York and staying here made the trip even more special. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Lotte. Every single team member working there was extremely nice and willing to help in any way, possible. The rooms are nice and the views are amazing! We splurged and upgraded to the towers and the extra space was worth it. The drinks at the Gold Room were elegant and delicious as well. Walking distance to Rockefeller, Central Park, Time Square, and shopping. Highly recommend!

We were told upon check in we paid for a handicap room. I was told it was because I booked through a second party. The bathroom had horrible lighting and the mattress had two large dips in it. Very uncomfortable. The room was also a bit worn. The location was great. Coffee shop and bar both very nice.

My stay at Lotte is always so nice. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms in the Tower where we always stay are incredibly big & spacious with amazing views of the city. It’s always clean and peaceful. ||The staff from the doormen to the front desk staff are always so professional and welcoming. This trip I dealt with Clara whose spirit is incredible. She made my stay that much more enjoyable because she is amazing. ||Thank you Clara, thank you to the wonderful doormen and bellmen who together make for a very special stay in a busy city.
