Lotte Hotel Seattle

Recently stayed and had a client lunch in Charlotte Restaurant (Private Dining-Room). The Hotel and team were amazing, very kind, and the service was great. Rooms were a great size, comfortable and had all the amenities one could wish for. Naleisha assisted me in arranging the client lunch and Chris took care of us on the day. Our clients loved the venue, the food was delicious, and Chris's service was top-class. Naleisha was very patient throughout the booking process (I kept having to change the number of guests attending). Thank you, Naleisha, Chris, and Lotte Hotel for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

Had a sensational time in Seattle primarily due to staying at the Lotte Hotel. They are service oriented, the rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable ( bed and pillows were amazing), as well as quiet. We had a bay view which was just such a treat. All the staff were friendly and helpful, as well as an amazing guest services connecting visitors to places of interest. Arthur, head of guest services, is a gem. He is friendly and so knowledgeable. He and his crew couldn't have been more well informed and helpful. We also dined at the restaurant and had two charming servers, Jason and Shane. Both were appropriately chatty and very professional. Simply put...I loved the hotel. The room I chose was wonderful. I actually slept with the curtains open. Loved the view. ||As for the restaurant/bar/sitting area...clean and refreshing. The staff was attentive and kind. ||The food that I ordered was spectacular...I actually purchased one of the appetizers three time.||My breakfast just as good...nothing special, other than oatmeal and fruit...fresh and tasty.

We enjoyed the service, the room and the breakfast at the Lotte. The staff was very helpful and friendly from the beginning. This included the check in staff, the two drivers we used, Arthur and Rusty, as well as the wait staff. We enjoyed happy hour in the bar area and had breakfast both days we were there. The breakfast was great with the view, service and food. WE had a Deluxe Bay View room and it was clean, comfortable and bright. The view was great of the city and the bay.||I would definitely stay again and I recommend it highly.
