Los Arboles Hotel

Great location. Waking distance to coffee places, restaurants, shopping a casino. Very clean. Pool and jacuzzi clean. Our room #10 was clean but was a little noisy from the pool pumps close by but not bad. |Wished they would offer coffee in the mornings and be aware the check in office closes at 5. |Overall its a very nice boutique hotel. I would stay again

This was my first visit to this small quaint hotel, very charming w rooms around a courtyard and pool. I was in room 112 from January 1-4. Very nice large clean room however the bed was uncomfortable, you sit on it and sink down into a hole- I am not overweight. The main problem and why I chose to check out early a day early was that I received a phone call on Saturday at 1 PM from the office telling me that there was a scheduled event poolside for the film festival and that it would go from 3 PM to 11 PM. They offered to move me to a “ less loud” room but it would not be a suite. I asked the staff why I was not notified about this when I booked the stay directly with them and also when I checked in two days earlier? They could not give me an answer. I booked here for a quiet relaxing wee

Positive: This is a small boutique hotel with only 18 rooms surrounding a wonderful pool. Great location, quite and peaceful. I had a great time relaxing in this environment. Negative: You park behind the hotel. Google maps is not good at finding the entrance.

My husband and I spent a lovely two night stay in this extremely charming hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was great and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Late check in was made very easy. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly. Would definitely return.

We have stayed here multiple times through the years for work conferences. The whole crew are fantastic and the hotel is well-located and intimate. We always look forward to visiting again.
