Lorraine Hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at the Lorraine Hotel! Our room was surprisingly large and comfortably fit two double beds, which was perfect for us. The location is unbeatable, it's very close to the sea, just a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. A huge thank you to the crew; everyone was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the breakfast, which is very simple. It’s a basic continental spread (no eggs), so keep that in mind if you prefer a hot meal in the morning. Overall, a great value for the location and service!

This hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The service is catastrophic, and the rooms are in a disgusting and unacceptable condition. Nothing — and I mean NOTHING — looks like the photos advertised online. The pictures are completely misleading and feel like a scam. There is no hot water, so taking a proper shower is impossible. The room is extremely run-down, dirty, and poorly maintained. Everything feels old, broken, and neglected. Honestly, it doesn’t even meet the most basic standards of a hotel. What makes the experience even worse is the management and front desk staff. They are rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. When we simply asked for our basic rights as guests and tried to explain the problems, they threatened us with calling the police instead of

Price -quality in the average not more. Nothing to say about the cleanliness, this is on major positive point. Room is big enough, but no well decorated, so ambiance really like a military camp. Bathroom is ridiculously small. Breakfast is ok but the area to take it is not well organised. Only a few tables, so my advice come directly when it’s open.|No parking, so they have an agreement but you’ll pay 30 dollars per day.|The distance to beach is also one of the most positive aspects.

Very friendly staff, easy walk in, free breakfast (lifesaver for kids), free umbrella/chairs, and great location (beach is 1 min away walk). Overall wonderful experience.

Perfect location just two minutes from the beach! Free towels and camp chairs, easy access from the Brightline or airport, and friendly staff make the stay feel welcoming. Breakfast is included, there’s a handy luggage scale (great after shopping!), and rooms are well-equipped with plenty of plugs, including USB-C. Walking distance to BigBus tours, restaurants, and supermarkets adds to the convenience. On the flip side, breakfast is modest, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, the bathroom is small without a separate shower, and wardrobe space is limited. Still, for the location, value, and beach vibes, it’s a fantastic spot to stay in Miami!
