Long Term Room & Suites

The woman who seems to be the manager is very rude over the phone but slightly nicer in person. General customer service is poor but the rooms are cheap. The building itself is not clean or in good shape but it doesn't seem to be any kind of infested.

It's a quaint little place. Don't be bothered by the credit check that other people are complaining about, it keeps the wrong type of people away. If your score is 700 or higher you're fine. (it didn't even show up on my credit report either) Doors are secured at night, and the building manager bends over backwards to help you. Not the newest of places but it serves a purpose and is quite affordable. Only reason I give it 4 stars, the internet is woefully lacking, ended up having to get my own internet through 702 communications.

First of all they act like they are doing ME a favor by letting me stay there as opposed to the other way around. The woman that answered the phone didn't even say the name of the place and I had to ask if this was a residence or a business. May seem trivial but it is unprofessional and appears to be indicative of how the place is run. She was short to the point of being rude when she told me that they don't lease for less than a month. This was posted the same day that I called 05/19/2016, so it appears that nothing has changed in the past 3-5 years.

Wish I could give it a lower rating. Went here for a room and was asked if I was a smoker. I said yes. I was told they did not have any smoking rooms avail. So I said that was fine, that I would take a non-smoking room. I was told that is not allowed. So glad that I had recorded the conv.

Place is generally quiet. Haven't had my sheets changed in ages. Landlady is real nice.
