Property owners want to beautify the outward appearance and not the things that concern the renters. The road in the park is atrocious with pot holes that are filled by one of the residents who is confined to a wheelchair.
They may be a dealer, but they are also an RV community, and I believe an overnight/passing through RV park.
It was fine they have good trailler
