Lone Star Inn Kerrville/Fredericksburg

In the office you are met with people who yell at you in a foreign language and glare at you like you just kicked their puppy. But once you get past that, the property is clean, newly painted, pleasantly decorated and fresh smelling. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Bring all of your own toiletries.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. At check in I was charged with a pet fee that I didn’t see when booking so questioned the owner and after he pulled it up on the computer I was fine with paying in advance for her stay. Got in the hotel and the curtains were hanging off the rod, there was a huge gap all the way around the door. There were dead bugs all over the floor. The bathroom had hair in the tub. The furniture was broken… we put our bags on it because of the fear of bed bugs and it could barely hold the weight. The room smelled like someone died in it. Remote/tv didn’t work. After meeting some friends for dinner we decided not to stay because of the fear of bed bugs and it looked like a drug dealer hotel….pictures online definitely didn’t match how it looked in person!!!! When confronting

Crickets and roaches everywhere, mold in sink and bathroom area, refrigerator barely stays cool, smells very weird in room, and i got extremely sick after staying not even 10 hours here. Never again.
