Lone Star Inn

I was visiting a friend who is living there due to no fault of her own. Rooms weren’t bad. Not the nicest place, but definitely not the worst.

Well, this is the place your Mother tried to warn you about, but you came anyway. And so far, glad you did. If you need an OK place to stay while in the Hurst area working, you have found the spot. First of all, the people at the front desk speak "Good Ole' Boy Texan". That's the thing that sold me right away. Secondly, the rooms are so big that you can dance in them which is nice for someone who has a lot of gear they tote around for work. My wife and I love the fact that we have a full sized fridge in the room. The beds are a little soft for my taste but the rooms are clean and the grounds appear well maintained. They are currently working on sprucing the place up. It ain't pretty, but who cares. It is accommodating, affordable, comfortable and most of all.... Quiet!

One of those rent by the week rooms. Has bed, refrigerator , microwave and table. I mean it is basically a hotel room. I think they rent for like $300 a week. I wasn't staying here someone I know is. He says no bugs.

Compared to other "low budget" motels in the HEB area, this is a pretty decent place. No bugs, no stained towels or bedsheets. Cable reception is good. Its quiet. The free wifi could be improved. Is reasonably priced. But be prepared to pay a $15 deposit though.

Compared to other hotels the price and the size of the rooms are amazing! The flat screen television and refrigerators are nice! The place is very close to the tre train that’ll take you from point a to b if you work in Dallas or ft worth so the transportation is not a problem. Very close to the Kroger grocery store about a 10 minute walk and 5 minute walk to a plant fitness gym you can’t complain. Very quiet place and they take good care of your mail! And it’s very cold the ac’s in the room works great in the summer.
