Hilton Garden Inn Dallas at Hurst Conference Center

I attended an event at the Hurst convention, and the convenience of staying at the Hilton was an easy choice. The service was 50/50. The women at the front desk attitudes were a disappointment. However, the male on the night shift was excellent. They were more accommodating, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean and ample. I just didnt like the farm style door for the bathroom, there is no way for you to lock it. I also had an adjoining door so that was nice.

Very nice experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you have laundry to do I suggest going to a laundry mat. The dryers have not been maintained. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The staff was wonderful. You can they really care about the guest experience. Negative: The only thing that wasn?t quite up to par was the hot tub. It just looks like it hasn?t been drained and cleaned properly in a while.

I was attending an event and called to book my room in the reserved block which was not filled. Valarie was awesome in providing me alternatives that were not only very helpful but provided savings outside the block. |Valarie was courteous, professional, pleasant and provided a great experience. I was also able to experience Valarie's great customer service at check-in. Valarie is definitely an asset to Hilton.

The room they gave us first, had a loud ringing from the bathroom in which we asked for a room change. Front desk said “oh yeah” and already knew about it prior (Apparently the entire one side of rooms due to plumbing issues). Next room had gross stains on the floors and couch. Overnight we woke up and our room was shaking oddly. We called the front desk asking if they knew the cause for the shaking, and they insisted that everything was fine, and they’ll send maintenance to the floor in the morning. We booked for 3 nights originally to end our road trip. But, we went elsewhere after 1 night, and got a refund for the remaining 2 nights which we are thankful for. I would add a video of the ringing if videos were allowed here.
