I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by the parking team at Loews Miami Beach Hotel, and I felt compelled to share just how exceptional they truly are. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was evident. The parking operation runs seamlessly, efficiently, and with genuine warmth — something that immediately sets the tone for a wonderful stay. Positive: The hotel is exceptional but what really stands out is the staff. Every one of them went out of their way to help with anything we needed or wanted. They went above and beyond and made it a perfect experience Negative: Nope.

First time I came to Lowes and with excitment because i thought its luxury hotel. Beautiful people at front desk, I agree. But In reality this is a 3 star hotel with a disapointing service and this is why: my flight was delayed and I arrived at midnight, I was placed in an extension of the hotel and they were nice enough to move me back as I requested, into the main building with a nice size room and a balcony. Thank you for that. However I dont understand that there was no complimentary water which as if we are talking about gold not water they would not give even one bottle. They gave me complementary drinks, but not water they have none in the building they said. i said but i dont drink alcohol and any sugary drinks all i need is water until the morning when I can see where to get some

I accompanied my husband on a business trip last week. I must say, I was very impressed with the staff from the front desk, bar staff, pool staff, as well as housekeeping. Meals and drinks were a bit expensive, but everything in South Beach Miami is. I must have to say that "Richardo" in Security, stood out. He was very helpful in guiding me through the resort rules and additional areas South Beach to visit! He addressed me as "Ma'am" although not needed!" His ability to connect was outstanding!!! The common facilities are nice, but the hotel has some serious issues with service. We stayed in a newly renovated suite, but there were issues with the room, and the housekeeping, accommodations, and customer service all need serious review.||On day 1, we realized the TVs didn’t work well. They both had static when watching cable, and connecting to streaming apps didn’t work. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, which was difficult due to our younger child typically taking baths, but the shower at least had a detachable wand. After using the wand for a few minutes, the hose connection started to spray/leak, and then it just disconnected and started whipping around the shower. Luckily no one was hurt. We also quickly noticed that the toilet flush didn’t work well and the toilet tank would ru
