Links Bos Landen Hotel & Spa of Pella, Trademark by Wyndham

A review from my Dad, who stayed at the Links on Bos Landen January 30th, 2026. -- My wife and I had two rooms booked for the Bos Landen Hotel It was for January 30 and 31st and we came into the hotel deep into the night on January 30 anticipating a nice couple of days stay. To be specific, we absolutely rented from this hotel in advance given that they had a functioning pool and hot tub. We were surprised at approximately 11 o’clock at night when a nice gentleman Alex and the night manager woman had to explain to us that the pool and hot tub are BOTH not functioning. I mentioned that this is extremely disruptive given that we were coming specifically to their hotel for purposes of utilizing the pool during the 0° weather. I mentioned to her we probably would be canceling our tomorrow

Positive: Above average experience for a Wyndham property (we have lost all respect for the Wyndham brand). Negative: Multiple times we tried to get help at the front counter, but no one would be there, and we could not rouse anyone’s attention even with shouting.

Maud is the front desk person that welcomes every person with a smile. She is a treasure of knowledge and positivity. She made our stay feel like home and so much more! Thank you for sharing local history and stories! The bed and room were clean and comfortable. The location is close to Pella and local attractions. We will be back. Thanks, Maud!

Overall nice place. They now have good K cups and better creamer. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff seem nice. Room was good. Liked the table and rub!

If I could give zero stars I would.. I was to stay for one night 10/23 in Pella due to my daughter performing at State Individual. After a 3 hour drive get to the hotel we go to check in and we try the room keys the front desk guy gave us and noticed a do not disturb sign on the door, and the keys wouldn't work. Walk back to the front desk and they say oh sometimes we have to re-do them and housekeeping forgets the door hangers. So he makes new cards and we try a 2nd time and this time we can hear someone in the room. Walk back to the front desk and tell them I hear someone in the room. He looks at me and says that can't be that is your room. He tells me to hold on he will figure it out. After waiting 5 minutes or so he tells me there must have been a glitch or someone gave away our
