Holiday Inn Express Pella

A nice hotel. It could definitely use some updates. The rooms aren’t bad just dated. The staff is very nice and will right any issues. We walked into our non smoking room which smelled like smoke. We told the front desk about it and they put us in a suite with a whirlpool. They need more insulation between the lower and upper rooms, there is a lot of noise transfer.

The Holiday Inn Express in the Bos Landen Development in Pella is a great place to spend the night! The accessible suite met all of our needs and was extremely spacious. The room was clean, well organized and laid out. The breakfasts included both hot and cold choices, and the food was very good! The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We wanted to see the suite a few weeks before our stay and prior to our booking, and they were more than happy to show it to us. This hotel gets an A+ from us and we will definitely recommend it to others!

Lovely, very clean hotel in a cute neighborhood. I asked the morning of my departure for a late check-out (2pm) and they were very accommodating. Less than an hour from Des Moines with an easy drive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here during State Fair. We arrived late and were very tired. The room was not clean. Bathroom floor was covered with hair:( The young lady at the desk was very kind and got us moved to a new room which we greatly appreciated. There was no break in price which was definitely a disappointment the next morning when we talked to the manager.
