Baymont by Wyndham Pella

It was a nice hotel for the price. The breakfast had a variety of items including hot foods. We only ate breakfast one morning. There was a stain on the top part of the sheet which housekeeping would have seen. It appeared to be a green marker so it wasn't too concerning but the sheet should not have been put on the bed. Pool area looked well maintained.

Deborah is the BEST. Great hotel. Not fancy but great. Pool and hot tub rock! Breakfast is fair. Could be a bit healthier.

Lady at the desk was very nice. Heater in the room was loud, woke us up every time it came on. Went down for breakfast, chairs on top of tables, creamer was clabbered. Went elsewhere for breakfast.

Positive: Location and kindness of the staff. Also the pool! Negative: Bed needs an upgrade. I did see other rooms that had pillow top mattresses unfortunately, we didn’t get one of those, but I see that the hotel has made the investment to begin upgrading these other rooms.

Hotel was clean and rooms and beds comfortable and quiet. . .we slept well! The pool area was unique and great (pool volleyball!) and the hot tub was perfect. Breakfast was so-so, the highlight being the breakfast burritos. Two suggestions would be to keep the hotel cleaning closet/laundry room door closed (felt strange walking by it open all the time) and for staff to smoke a little further away from the main entrance to the lobby (not a nice way to enter for non-smokers). We would stay again.
