Convenient location for the hotel,right off the main highway. We stayed here 3 weeks go and we were in a big and spacious room and I was really impressed.. tonight we are staying over it is just an average room,nothing special. When you check in you get a text message saying that if you need anything to please reply tothe text. we forgot bottled water so I sent a text message as a reply asking them to bring up some bottled water and no one responded.. so then I called down to the front desk 20 minutes later and told them. And they said well it's just an automated text message.. i said well that's not very good for customer service if you're not gonna be able to bring up anything for the guest.. and I said so my husband is coming down. The hotel is clean. The equipment in the workout room actually works, which is great! The mattress is terrible. I could see indentions when I got out of bed and I'm not a heavy person. The woman who prepared the breakfast was very sweet and really wanted to make all the guests happy. The cookies at the front desk are a nice touch. Everything was great except the mattress.

The floors creek, you can hear people walking in the hallway and you hear the water in the bathtub showers turn on. Those are construction issues. You can't hear voices thought. TV is dish, so we didn't have TV to watch. Staff were very accommodating and nice . We honestly expected much nicer rooms for the premium cost. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast we had in a hotel. The hair dryer was a high-end hair dryer.

We had a lovely stay at the Country Inn. Although it’s a little farther from downtown this is the best Pella hotel we have stayed in as a family of 4. We chose a double queen suite which was very spacious and comfortable with sleeper couch and sitting area. The room was well equipped w coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator as well as a 2nd sink. The pool area is spacious with larger pool and hot tub than most. Breakfast had many options including waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, Canadian bacon and hash browns. We would stay here again

Good housekeeping and pool and breakfast. Curtains did not block out the outdoor lighting leading to a bright room. Heating unit was not bad but was loud enough to wake you. TV stations did not work well. More times than not it did not get the station. Sidewalks and parking lot were covered in ice.
