Liberty Lodge

Friendly staff, nice parking, great price, very accommodating, comfortable beds and clean rooms, quiet. Overall great experience! This is in the same place as econolodge but much nicer rooms with kitchens. 3 floors with an elevator and parking for big trucks. The staff here are just great representatives of the motel. They make you feel welcome and do what they can to make your stay a pleasant experience, mission accomplished.

First, look at what you're paying per night and set your expectations accordingly. If you are looking for a cheap place to crash, this is fine. We stayed for a work trip. Rooms are efficiency apartments with stove stop, dishwasher, larger fridge than a hotel room, and utensils. Also, they have plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, and pots and pans. They do not do daily service so if you need towels or toiletries, you have to go to the lobby. This is part of the econolodge. I had issues with my door and they had to move me to another room. The general manager was exceptionally nice and tried his best to make up for the bad situation. It isn't the Ritz but they functioned well enough for us. My Fiancé and I are staying at the Liberty for a few months while our out of state move plans are finalized. The employees are personable, nice, and the entire place has been so accommodating. The accepted our cats and have been up front with everything. I would say the only place I can see an improvement is the washing machine and dryer. The dryer is a little out of date and I've had to spend a little more coinage to use it to dry a small load of laundry. The vending machines have also very much so seen better days, but again, not horrible. Other than that, this is definitely a decent place to stay if you're looking for an extended stay area. Take whatever internet price you can, cause they won't work with you at the front desk and their price was $30 a night higher than the internet, BEFORE tax/service fees. Rookie mistake on my part. Also, they are gonna hit you with a $35 cleaning fee, regardless of the rooms condition. To be fair, mine was clean when I got there so the cleaner knows what they are doing. The rooms are awesome, neighbors not so much. Some more permanent tenants are gonna make things awkward, bumming cigarettes and "gas money". Gonna be a permanent herbal smell about the area If you're traveling worker in the area for business, I recommend it. If you are on a family trip, you can do much better.

We booked this motel before arriving in town for my son's wedding.....we were pleasantly surprised - the room was spacious, clean, and there is a small kitchenette which came in handy for warming up food for the reception. There is a full size refrigerator and a good amount of room for food preparation..... we were not expecting it to be as nice as it was! The housekeeper was so hospitable - when she learned we were here for a wedding, she left extra towels, soap, etc. "just in case we needed them." The office is in the back of the Econo Lodge....staff is very friendly, and the motel is convenient to restaurants, retail stores, and a grocery store. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. DEFINITELY worth the price!
