Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsport-Faxon Exit

I give these guys a five star we didn’t have room service. We stayed there we picked up after ourselves. Was there for four days left the location. The breakfast was good, but I have to tell you the people at the front desk and the servers for breakfast were amazing they made you feel like you were important., I just booked A night For a family of fun for my grandson and his spouse and children I am 2500 miles away from them and couldn’t go to the birthday party so this was a present for my great Grandchildren , Thanks to the front desk and I think the gentleman that helped me over the phone name was Don or Dan their hospitality is what makes the doors feel like home!!!!

I absolutely loved my stay. This was a top notch experience for this price range. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I never sleep well my first night in a hotel, but this was an exception. The shower had lots of pressure and remained a consistent temperature. The breakfast was delightful - they had blueberry waffle mix and lots of different toppings to go with them. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. Would 100% stay here again if we're ever in Williamsport again.

Positive: The hotel was very clean. Despite the snout of young ones at the pool, the pool and hit tub were great. Negative: The coffee lol

I NEVER write reviews, especially about hotels because they're usually "fine." But, this place deserves a mention. The staff here was amazing, especially the gentleman who checked us in, Danny. He was so kind and welcoming and helpful. It honestly makes a stay at a hotel so much better to feel like you're not bothering the staff but instead act like they're glad you're there. But, the reservations person and even the breakfast person were eager to be helpful! Worth adding is that our room was very clean, and in fact, maybe newly renovated. Cleanliness, great customer service!

The Hampton is a very nice hotel close to many restaurants and shopping. Although the lobby is under construction, we heard no noise during our stay. Tyler provided great customer service and texted to make sure everything was okay. The rooms were very clean and my family had no issues at all.
