The Peter Herdic Inn

If there was an option to give more stars, we definitely would. The accommodations were amazing! We had a jacuzzi and a piano in our room. Lindsey (our contact) was so helpful throughout. The kitchen was full of goodies! The restaurant next door was first class as usual! Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Lovely historic home. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Location was fantastic, easy waking distance to the Journey Back Community arts center and some great restaurants. Or room had a smash fridge and to have access to the kitchen that is stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks. Would have liked to done at the Peter Herdic House Restaurant, but it was not open on Sunday.

Spent four nights, will stay again. Love the period furniture and artwork. Host Lindsey was very attentive. Open kitchen a plus.

We spent two nights in this 1890 mansion whilst traveling through the area. It was quite nice, the room well appointed with period furniture, rugs, and wall hangings. The kitchen was cheery with plenty of snacks, a refrigerator with an ice maker, and a coffee making apparatus. We spent time relaxing over libations in the parlor, enjoying the overall Gilded Age ambiance. We ate our evening meals next door at the Peter Herdic House Restuarant — delicious! We will return, and I hardily recommend for the discerning traveler.

The Herdic House is a pillar of history and the epitome of elegant cusine. The best drinks in town, for those who fancy the spirits! Also. It's freaking pink!
