Lex Hotel NYC

I had an exceptional 5-star experience during my recent vacation stay. The service was truly world-class, earning a perfect 5-star rating for being incredibly professional and attentive. I was also very pleased with the rooms and the location, both of which were high-quality and reliable (4/5 each). It made for a fantastic, stress-free trip, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

Positive: It was located near the activities we were involved in during our stay. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very kind and hospitable. I generally stay at larger hotels however this hotel was recommended and I will definitely stay here again. Negative: No.

Although I did not have the opportunity to stay at this hotel, I truly believe they are an excellent team. The staff were incredibly understanding and compassionate. Due to a sudden family emergency, they kindly helped me cancel a reservation that was due to start the next day without any charges, even though my booking was non-refundable and not eligible for changes or cancellation. I truly appreciate their kindness and support. Thank you very much.

The rooms spacious for an nyc hotel but they were a bit outdated. The room we stayed in was on the 3rd floor and had a small balcony but it looked into a strange alley so we didn’t use it. The room was carpeted. I prefer a hotel with wood or laminate floor for cleanliness reasons. While I didn’t feel that the room was unclean there was quite a bit of dust in the corners and edges of the carpet where the rug met the wall which I didn’t like. I probably won’t stay here again for this reason alone. Overall with the exception of the dusty carpets we stayed here 5 days and the location was convenient. We never felt unsafe and the staff were very kind and helpful.

My stay at the Lex Hotel NYC was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location. Close to public transportation, restaurants, and major attractions. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions or recommendations.
