Overall, I had a great experience. The rooms are exactly as shown online, just without the filters that sometimes make them appear more polished in photos. One thing to note is that the walls are somewhat thin, so it is possible to hear your neighbors. However, this is fairly common in many hotels and did not come as a surprise. What truly stood out was the service, particularly from Jayshka at the front desk. She was exceptional from the very beginning. We encountered a small issue during check-in because our reservation was booked through RCI under another name. Although we had a guest certification, my name did not initially appear in the system. It was a nice resort, besides two things. First the floor was not clean in the room at all. It felt like you were walking on dirt. 2nd I saw a roach in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub was nice

I dont understand how this place has any good reviews. This is hand down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The check in process was terrible, first needing to check in at a kiosk which struggled to find reservations, then needing to wait in the line to verify our check in was correct with the front desk staff. We were put in a room that wasn't even a part of the main resort, but across a VERY busy road. We opened our room to find a insanely tiny room and the beds were basically cardboard on a bed frame. The room had joining doors to the neighbors in both the bedroom and bathroom that looked like they had been busted through before which grlt unsafe. If you have the opportunity to stay at this hotel, please think twice before doing so. Starting with the staff, particularly a woman named Mabel. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. The way guests are treated here is simply unacceptable. The hotel smell terrible, and the entire hotel feels neglected and poorly maintained. During our stay with my husband, which was meant to celebrate an important date for us, we did not have a good experience at all. Instead of being a special occasion, we encountered many uncomfortable situations that completely ruined the moment. Now I understand why this hotel has so many complaints. Our room was adequate for a stay and play volleyball tournament. The service from the front desk was great. Sofa bed was not a bed but a very thin pad that was uninhabitable. They did not offer any additional padding but sent us a thin blanket to "help" while i know the bedding was replacable. Building F is located immediately across from housekeeping and maintenance. And housekeeping would take the paying patrons parking places so there was nowhere to park except around the building which isnt safe for single parents and children. Yet patrons were asked to move if in any way parked too close to housekeeping by "security" who drive around endlessly hanging out and feeding stray cats. (no signs not to park there). Perks were the hot tub and pool stayed open late. But I would not stay again
