Legacy Resort Hotel & Spa

⸻ Good morning! I want to share my experience staying at the Legacy Resort Hotel & Spa during my recent trip to San Diego for the Winter Fancy Fair, part of the Fancy Food Show. At first, I didn’t even realize I had been to San Diego many, many years ago, so technically this was my first real visit. I honestly had no idea where to stay or how far things would be from the Convention Center — even though you can check distances on Google Maps, ChatGPT, or any other online tool. What maps can’t tell you is how convenient or inconvenient a location feels in real life. I took the risk of staying at this hotel based on the strong 5-star reviews I read online, even though most of the hotels I saw were within walking distance of the Convention Center. I wasn’t sure how easy or hard it would be

Very friendly and efficient staff! Everyone from the reception, lounge and spa treated us like royalty. We will definitely be back again. Patricia at the front desk was so helpful and always remembered us and greeted us every time we came and went. Denae and the restaurant staff in the bar gave us top notch service every time. Halston the massage therapist and spa manager is extremely skilled and lovely. Our trip to San diego was seamless and enjoyable thanks to everyone at Legacy hotel and spa.

Positive: THE ENTIRE HOTEL!!!!! I wanted to treat my family to a very nice hotel. With the straightforward presentation and prices! I found the best hotel!!!!! Negative: My wife noticed that the bathroom had a slight mildew smell! And the exit gate was open all the time

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at the Legacy Resort Hotel! My organization recently hosted our Christmas party at the Legacy Resort Hotel, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. We had about 75 guests for dinner and dancing, and everything went beautifully from start to finish. A special shout-out to Jerry, the Operations Manager, whose service and attention to detail were truly exceptional. He made sure everything ran smoothly and was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the planning and the event itself. Our staff absolutely loved the food and the venue. The atmosphere was perfect for celebrating, and the setup was ideal for both dining and dancing. Several of us also stayed overnight, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, which was a wonderf

We booked this as a last minute stay-cation and it was absolutely amazing. The facility is beautiful and the room was cozy. We got massages from Jana who was absolutely amazing, leaving us feeling refreshed. I also got a pedicure which was very very nice. And we got free mimosas per service. We also had breakfast delivered to our room which was ok, though I'd go for a different dish next time. And we ate on-site at the steakhouse which was absolutely delicious. The cheesecake is the best new-york cheesecake I have ever had. |It's also really close to restaurants and a mall, though tucked away enough so you dont hear traffic. |I would highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting a relaxing get away.
