Booked two days last week of October. The evening check in person was absolutely fabulous. Helped with my bags, as I had dogs. The room was very mediocre; dirty carpet, exhaust fan in bath area did not work and the tv remote was goofed up. I asked for assistance with the remote but after 10 minutes of trying to explain to the employee, I gave up. Doubtful I’ll book them on my return trip. Update. After the evening check in person, Jen, arrived she helped me figure out the tv remote. I know, maybe not a huge deal, but having some acknowledge you and then assist is a big win. Thank you!
