Kutuk Condominiums - Steamboat Springs Vacation Rentals

We stayed in Kutuk 310 on our recent trip to Steamboat. As the title says, great location, comfortable spaces (living and sleeping) and spacious!||In the summer, the underground parking was not that necessary but given no nearby locations to park, very handy!||Our condo's main floor had a decent sized kitchen 3 people could occupy without bumping into each other. Plenty of cookware and silverware for many situations. Living area was spacious with a very large couch, fireplace, and TV. At the entrance, there was plenty of space to hold gear in any season.||Bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The main bedroom had its own full bath with a bit of a tight entrance. Main bath was a bit larger. The loft area was comfy and had its own full bath (walk-in shower versus tubs in

Terrific condo, lots of dishes and cookware. Some kitchen basics such as coffee or spices would have been nicer. The hot tubs were wonderful after a day of skiing. Staff and shuttle into town were very helpful. Nice ski in location by the T-Bar. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. It was close enough to the slopes that make it effortless to start a ski day. Could ski back to the condo during night time skiing too! The hot tub was very pleasant. Great temperature and was in a good location. We had issues with parking Unit 307. Could only park 1 vehicle that made it a pain. Also one bed was very squeaky anytime you moved it would squeak away. We ended up moving the bed to the floor so it the squeaks wouldn't wake us up. Also the beds were not very comfortable. Did have a great stay though!

Condo was convenient to dining and shops. We stayed in unit 103 which was clean and both bedrooms had a king bed. This was ideal for both couples. Having a full kitchen and living area is nice when traveling with other couples. You have somewhere comfortable to all hangout together as well as your own private areas. There are free washing machines and dryers in the office that came in handy. We took advantage of them on the morning of our departure. We would definitely stay here again.

Ski club booked the condo. Easy walk across the street to get on the slopes. Nice fire pit outside. Some friends had 3rd floor condos and there is no elevators. We had NO maid service during the week. We were able to change our towels out at the front desk. No replenishment of any toiletries or paper goods during our stay. Quite a difference after staying at Snowmass with the club the week prior, and having maid service every day in a condo. Washer/Dryers were located at frond desk. Not much customer service existed at this resort, but the room was nice.
