Positive: Location Negative: They didnt disclose it isn't a full service hotel which meant they charge for more towels, coffee etc even though there wasn't enough for our stay. horrible parking conditions with no lights on one level that we found out at check out was another $20/nit

Perfect location, friendly staff, super clean rooms. Parking was easy, elevators were conveniently located and easy to bring stuff in from the car. Tons of restaurants and stores around and starbucks with gift shop right in the lobby. Ski in/ski out for the season, so that's super clutch. Beautiful views from the room, quiet and felt safe. We would love to come back!

Rylan is the best! Professional, kind, and courteous. I was so impressed with his guest service. We ran into some travel issues due to the weather and Rylan was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. He made me a customer for life. Thank you, Rylan.

⭐️⭐️ (2/5) Disappointing stay — needs major updates and improved service We stayed at the Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas from October 7–11 and, unfortunately, our experience was less than acceptable. While the location is convenient, the property itself is in serious need of attention. Our one-bedroom villa was very dated and uncomfortable. Several electrical outlets did not work, and light switches were placed in odd, inaccessible spots (one even behind a television). Overall, the unit felt worn out and overdue for an upgrade. Housekeeping was unacceptable — towels were changed, but no meaningful cleaning was done during our stay. This ski-in/ski-out resort property is Ski Central. It has many conveniences but is a little dated. There is a nice bar/grill and market/gift shop near the lobby. ||Our extended, multi-state family stayed a week in a couple of 2-bedroom suites that were connected by a door. Overall, it was a great stay. ||I didn’t make the reservations, so there were a few surprises. After a few days without fresh towels (or coffee or cleaning), we washed our own towels using the washer and dryer. We finally called the desk and were informed that housekeeping is only available for guests staying ten or more nights. However, they quickly delivered fresh towels and coffee packs to our room.||Each bedroom was private, with a lockable door. However, the main bedroom had a return air vent near the ceiling throu
