Legacy Grand Hotel

No free breakfast. Cant used the gym. We had to buy our own towels and toilet paper. If we used them they will charge you. Ants everywhere and we kept the room very cleaned but the ants still came inside. They only spoke Spanish and not English. Multiple people managed different rooms. Mangement said it a condo but its a hotel. The shuttle for the themes parks shows up late or doesn't show up. Bed bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY. IF YOU BOOKED THIS PLACE IN THE AIRBNB AND YOU HAVE A MANAGER NAME MONICA FABRICHINI GET OUT. GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

this place was definitely interesting to say the least. the water shuts off multiple times a day for hours and it’s mostly in the morning. although the location of the hotel is nice the service isn’t the best. they don’t really provide towels and when they “clean” it’s half assed. if you’re on a budget it’s a great place but if not, do not stay here.
