Leah's Landing Senior RV Park 55+

I have lived at Leahs Landing for 10 years. I love it here. I literally would not want to go anywhere else. The only problems we ever have here are people that start those problems. And they need to leave. Kerri is very fair and kind. If I've ever had any problems with my space or trailer, she has bent over backwards for me to try to get the problem fixed. This is a huge family and try to watchout for eachother. Sure, some bad apples get in here, but their true colors always show through and are asked to leave. It safe and very well maintained. Its home to me.

Nice quiet place to live. Summer brings pretty green grass. Managers are friendly and always ready to help. Here 4 years now. Not much has changed. Fall is coming. Grass is green, flowers in bloom. Leah's Landing is still a great place to be.

I stayed here 3 years. The manager decided not to renew my lease. Motive i first told her she is suppose to let me know when someone is caught on my property trying to steal. She became confrontational with me. Recently I caught her sprinkler guy taking my shovel. He speaks a little English. He told her I accused him of stealing my shovel. She immediately started yelling and cussing toward me. I also discussed with her in the past about someone putting a substance on the hood of my newly painted blazer. It happened at night. The paint bubbled. .She immediately changed the subject. I have seen her speeding around the complex looking for someone to yell at. If you stay here do not report problems because she will find a way to terminate lease. On the shovel issue I was putting dirt in a buck

I live here with my grandpa.. very great place to live...

We love it when my parents would visit and stay at Leah’s Landing. Easily accessible. Quiet and very clean. And people didn’t make faces or be rude when the grandkids would visit and play in the pool nicely. I can’t wait to be 55 in 7 years so I can stay here on my way through Idaho again.
