Best Western Plus Peppertree Nampa Civic Center Inn

We moved to the area and have stayed here 2x in 2 months. Our housekeeper Araceli was responsive and through. We wanted for nothing both times. |The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area and freely share food and service recommendations that prove valuable.|The rooms are great, especially love the huge shower and the proximity of the power plugs to the bed.|Beds are warm and comfortable, there is a plethora of towels and Araceli will provide them if you need more. |The convenience of being able to text the front desk is a plus. Scanning the menu for the restaurant using the qr code helps, too. Love this location and the friendly, helpful staff the most.

I used to love this hotel. But it has all changed from the pandemic. You would think that it would have gone back the the way pre-pandemic Era. They only clean your room every 5 days. The mattresses need to be updated. The pillows are just awful, they are not even a full pillow now 12x12 The heat in my room was not consistent it was hot and cold and having to change this about every hour on the hour. My family decided to stay a extra night (with are dog) and they changed a second pet fee. I am sorry to say but they have lost a long time customer. Do better

Beds are very uncomfortable. It is clear that the management doesn’t care about the customer experience. Asked to check out two nights early because we had an awful nights sleep due to thin walls and floors and hard beds. We were told no refunds could be given unless 24 hours in advance. How do you know you won’t be able to sleep 24 hours in advance? Was told management doesn’t allow any refunds and there was nothing they could do. Not a great business strategy for repeat business. Turned me off of best western plus all together. You can keep my loyalty points, i’m done with best western all together.

Positive: Size of room, cleanliness, good breakfast and fun coffee machine we had never experienced before! The staff person who greeted us joyfully accommodated our request for a quiet room location. Negative: Loud noise from cars and trucks due to location...

Service was excellent and so was the location. I used to live 4 blocks away so it was really nice being in my old neighborhood. The water though. Holy smokes. It was scary. There is something seriously wrong with their filtration system cause I went to a restaurant down the road and it didn't look like Gatorade Frost Glacier. I didn't even want to shower in it. It dried me eyes out so bad thank God I didn't wash my hair with it. I made a quick video with my sicky voice. Just be careful staying here my husband and my eyes got super irritated from the water here and he is much less sensitive than me.
