Hampton Inn & Suites Boise/Nampa at the Idaho Center

Rooms were nice and clean. Service is awful. Power was out when we got up in the morning, couldn't use any of the facilities, shower, gym, pool, ect. No breakfast due to power outage. Ask about some sort of comp for the room when we checked out they said we would have to call the manager. Had to call 4 different times between 2 days to get ahold of the manager and when we did speak she just said we should've stayed longer till the 12 check out since the power had came back on by then. Plenty of other places to stay wont be back to this place.

Positive: The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were great. I thought I booked a room with a King bed and a pullout couch. I in fact didn't and I talked to the front desk and they accommodated us with no hassle or extra charge. They were great. Negative: ""

I stayed back in October for a night. I checked in past 10pm and around 6am the power went out. I waited and ended up checking out around 9am and it was still out so I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience over a month ago and never heard back The fact I couldn't shower or get ready for work as planned. Which put me out and made me about 20 mins late for work. Today I called again and had the opportunity to speak with the manager at the hotel. At first we played phone tag but when I got a chance to speak with her she was extremely rude, condescending, and refused to do any type of compensation at all for the inconvenience. She straight lied and said the power was only out for an hour. I paid over $230 for less then 10 hours and the power was out for almost half the stay. The

Clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. Right next to the ford Idaho center, which my room faced, so I could hear the music from a concert. But it was over early enough and didn’t disrupt my sleep. The cleanliness was great, better than other Hampton inns and comparable hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Only 15-20 min from the airport. Would def stay here again!

Staff were polite... nice hotel, but only the King Suites have Microwaves in their rooms; therefore, had to heat my leftovers in the lobby. At a minimum, Hilton should have at least 1 Microwave per floor, by the Ice/Vending Machines.
