We love this place. We often stay on our cross country trips back east. The staff is so friendly and always so sweet to our pup too, making us all feel like welcomed guests. Last trip I thought I might have forgotten something in the room and Keith Brown, the bellhop, helped me get back to the room easily and without complaint and we had a nice conversation on the way up and back that made the start of a harder day better. All the staff have been wonderful. Beds are super comfortable too. The only reason I have the room itself 4 stars vs 5 is because the little fridge had some broken parts, it took a while to get warm water at the sink and the room temp regulation is a little fickle. Really though, even with those little things this is a great place to stay and we look forward to know

As a long-time Titanium member, I’ve stayed at many Marriott hotels and, honestly, lately it’s been disappointing. Upgrades are rare, even with suite certificates, and breakfast benefits have become almost symbolic.||But Le Meridien Indianapolis completely changed that narrative. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We arrived well before check-in time, and they still accommodated us with an early check-in and even a late checkout later on—something few hotels bother with anymore.||Every interaction with the team was warm, professional, and genuine—from the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was smiling and courteous. Our room was spacious, clean, and featured two king beds—perfect for a comfortable family stay. The location in downtown Indianapolis

We stayed here for our anniversary, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The valet was fantastic - not only helpful but also had a great sense of humor that set the tone for our stay. We were greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome right away. The Spoke and Steel hotel bar was excellent, with a great atmosphere and service. Our room was very comfortable, though the view wasn't of the street but rather the second story roof or maybe industrial courtyard. That was a minor detail compared to the overall experience. We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back again!

Le Méridien is a newer "boutique" style hotel just steps away from the City Center and all the local hotspots. Spoke & Steele is their hip bar/restaurant. A great spot to meet for a drink before moving on with your evening. The bartenders are friendly & the cliental is lively but not too young. The rooms are modern and amenities are top-notch! We especially enjoyed the linens & towels. Our suite was well-appointed, modern and very clean. They have some rooms with 2 king beds, as an option. This is a fantastic idea & we have utilized this many times with our kids. Hopefully other hotels will follow suit. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, just be prepared to wait on the valet if parking a car. Overall a great stay and our favorite hotel in downtown Indy.

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE. First room had humming noise (those high-frequency noise, sounds like it’s from some sort of electrical activity.) Front desk offered to switch room. Second room had a broken phone AND THE BATHROOM DOOR IS BROKEN AND humming noise… The bed is RIGHT NEXT TO THE BATHROOM. So with $200/night, basically sleeping right next to to the bathroom with no door. The front desk offered to switch room again. Who knows if that third room is going to work?? Also, room is absolutely SMALL and TINY, 50% of the size of similarly priced hotels we’ve stayed at in the city.
