Great location for our group to stay on our canoe trip. Our cabin had beds and even had a window unit air conditioner. The public restrooms/showers weren't too clean, but they had indoor plumbing and did the job. There are also a few beautiful, larger, two story cabins as well. Would definitely recommend.
Stayed here for a weekend float trip. Rented a one room cabin which worked fine for 2 people. Air conditioning worked great and there was plenty of room in the fridge for our food. There is one lamp, no wired electricity, we used a second lantern for more light. Community bathroom is just behind the office, very close to the single room cabins. Location is great and staff was friendly.
I've camped there in the past, but just stayed in one of the cabins this past weekend. It was very clean and had a beautiful view off the back porch. We had seven adults, so the cabin and float were very affordable split between us.
Excellent time at Lazy Days Campground. Craig was nice and helpful, Sandra and her kids were very fun to talk with, entertaining and accomodating. Friendliest staff i can remember. Rafts, kyaks and canoes in great condition. Campgrounds were nice, plenty of good swimming, leisure fishing and quiet at night. River and weather was perfect. Worth a visit if you like floating and the outdoors. We will be back.
We stayed in the Tree House cabin. There were plenty of beds for our large group of 12. We noticed that two of the five bedrooms were in the actual tree house, so be aware of this if you have young children in your group. The bridge to the tree house is not very stable. Also, you'll need to bring your own bedding, towels, dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, soap, dish soap, etc. None of these are provided in this cabin. The only way to access the cabin is by going up a spiral staircase, so be prepared to bring all of your gear up that way. Other than those things, we really liked the cabin feel. And the two bathrooms were large and clean. The living room is very large, plenty of seating area for the number of people it sleeps. We just brought our own lawn chairs upstairs and set them
