Rural setting is beautiful. Cabin is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spotless, amenities provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and think The Floy is one of the nicest places on the river. A few things to know for awareness, not negatives. River is refreshing and enjoyable. Recommend old tennis shoes rather than water shoes for wading to avoid gravel in shoes and for better footing. Front of Floy is full sun. Other cabins have more shade. Mini split a/c kept up fine. Bed is high end memory foam, not a regular mattress. Bedding and towels are plush and comfortable. Owner’s instructions state hot water heater is small so lasts about 10 minutes for shower. We had NO problems. Water is very hot so didn’t take much. We noted it lasted longer. Water is sulphur and smell is stronger some days

A clean, beautiful, peaceful place for a quiet getaway. Access to river for swimming or plenty of good fishing! Hosts are polite and provide so much to make the experience even better.

Great place for 3 couples to hang out and laugh! Super clean cabins and the views are priceless! 2nd trip here and can’t wait to come again!

We had a wonderful time at The Floy. Upon entering, which check in was super easy, we found it to be extremely clean, smelled good. Just very welcoming. It was everything the pictures showed. There was alot of rain and we couldn't float but let me say we still had so much fun. They have corn hole,horse shoes. Firewood is available for the camp fire. Every little detail was thought out with this and secured. They have everything you don't need much at all. We loved it do much and we will be back. We have been to many places all over the place and this is our favorite so far. Thanks for a great time Laney and Seth!

This was a great place for peace & quiet after being very busy the last several months. This place was clean & beautifully decorated. I highly recommend it
