It looks cleaned up but the sewage is an issue. The management and maintenance is awful. The security there is beyond words, so terrible. He doesn't ask any questions, rather he starts off by yelling at you, will even try to fight you right away. Be cautious if your going to this trailer park.
My ex and our son just moved in, maybe 2 weeks ago. The trailer is nice, clean, taken care of. The park seems pretty quiet as well. This is why I give the solo star. My son works nights, full time so this is the schedule he keeps. There is no smoking in the trailer, which is understandable. The weather is still chili at night so last night my son sat in his car to smoke. This was about 2 a.m. The handyman thought my son was playing loud music, but he didn't even have the car keys to turn the radio on. Obviously the man was mistaken. Rather than let this be, the man informed my son that neither he nor I was to be there. I don't stay there although I do help my ex since he is disabled and his abilities are limited. The handyman actually got the manager of the park to come to the trailer, kn
I lived there for 3 months from Jan-March. The park is a little crowded but they were cleaning out the bad apples. The reason i gave it 2 stars is because they NEVER returned my deposit. I just keep getting the round around. Almost 4 months later i still have not been refunded my deposit even though trailer was left in good condition.
My wife and I stayed here from October 2016 thru April of 2017. Surrounded on 3 side by a golf course this "Gem" of a Park and can't be beat. Now to be fair this is a no-frills RV park. No Pool, no shuffle board. Did I mention is is surrounded by a golf course. At $250.00 an month you can't beat it. The management is very attentive and goes out of their way to make sure things are up to snuff. We will be returning this year in October 2017.
Park smells like a septic tank, I've seen an extension cord running from one trailer to another for electricity. Extension cord was put in place by the maintenance man. Residents were friendly tho, thats why 2 stars.
