Lavendel Resort

This is a review to offset the negative review by a local resident that wants to drive people away by leaving a negative review that has nothing to do with the business other than saying they don't want it there. I'm not sure why people leave bad reviews for a business or service they have never used - and never intend to use. How can you review something you have never used before. From what I have seen and heard, this is going to be a wonderful RV resort. We are looking forward to staying there.

This entire venue is illegal. The deed stipulates that the land shall not be used as a business and they are in violation of the deed restrictions. We have no water, don’t come here. The neighbors don’t want you invading their once quiet neighborhood where they live and have lived for YEARS!

This place will be a must for any rv-ers coming to Fredericksburg!! If you you are looking for a clean, luxury close to town RV resort this is it. Amanda is doing a great job putting it all together. They are still under construction, but you can tell they are sparing no expense to do it right.

We are full-timers who have been in Fredericksburg prior Covid. Just purchased a new 5th wheel last year. We are 55+ plus. The website is not open yet but we would definitely be interested in additional information once you open.
