Lauderdale Villas- Suites By The Sea

Excellent, in one simple word. ||Fully renovated, amazing place. ||Hosts, Angelica and John, are very nice and friendly. |Location is a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants just around the corner. |The resort is equipped with everything you need, including beach stuff like towels, umbrella and chairs. |The pull is a beauty, with a small water fall, chairs and umbrellas all around. |All is left for you to do is enjoy your vacation. |Definitely we will go back.

The pool is heated, the rooms are nice and clean and are actually suites! They have a separate bedroom from the full kitchen, dining, and Living Room! Whoever did the bathroom tile I give 10 thumbs up! Beautiful! Walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants! We definitely recommend!

I loved this place so much that this was my second stay, actually the first one under the new management. John (the new owner) and his nephew are amazing hostess. During our stay they made us feel right at home. For a group of 13 people including kids, dogs and even an 85 young lady was hard to accommodate in a regular hotel. However I am glad we booked at this villa where all our needs were met beyond our expectations. The staff is friendly and they are always willing to make your stay exceptional. Also the area is really nice with a lot of restaurants, bars, shopping and live music. Take advantage of the fishing pier and the Nightlife in front the Aruba Restaurant. I totally would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

The people who have read my reviews know that I always travel in a budge trying to find the best places without luxuries but comfortable and clean. We spoke with the owner John ( very nice person ) he just bought the place and is making changes,  that's  a good thing because the place is in a great location, they are going to have new furniture , new bed would be awesome !  Currently  is uncomfortable, The sheets and towels are very clean The bathroom is ok, hot water? Yes. Check in, in the morning my husband received a text message with the room # and the door code you can also  call the number that is in the entrance and a person comes to give you the code of the door, ( that's what we did cause my husband didn't check his cell message) The Villa is quiet, no noise at night, we felt save

The only good thing about this place is the location. The room was awful. Run down, the table was cheap and had the finish peeling off. The bed was uncomfortable and was of poor quality. There was no light in the living room. The back door opened up to the “private patio” and it was a 3x3 space with old equipment and cleaning supplies and was up against a fence. Trying to get towels was like trying to get dipping sauces from a McDonald’s employee. On our second day, we asked if we could get a few towels and her response was “don’t you have towels?” They don’t pick up the room while you’re gone, you have to take out your own trash. Seems like they attempted to update the bathroom, the unfinished edges of tile were exposed on the window sill. The shower had no where to put a bar of soap or s
