Property manager is a great guy. Place is clean. Pay your rent and follow the rules and you'll have no issues.
Just now spoke to the manager about a room... VERY RUDE. No rooms available, Guy was very unfriendly and not helpful at ALL when I asked about prices and a waiting list, or time frame on availability. "It doesn't matter what the prices are, nothing is available".... Very RUDE and unprofessional.
A Great place to live in the Gas Lamp under a GRAND A MONTH! NICE MANAGEMENT (PATRICK )
