Landmark Hotel Leesville

Staff is friendly. Manager is not friendly!! I wanted to leave because the room was so disgusting I wouldn’t feel comfortable with my dog sleeping on the bed. I wanted a refund and they told me no refunds. I have pictures of the room! Spider webs in the corners, saw a roach, the door had a crack and you could see outside. Toilet had pee on the seat. There was a bunch of dirt and stuff on the bathroom floor behind the toilet. Also a bunch of other issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! Stay away from this hotel!!

Although the outside and pool need help. Don't let this stop you. The rooms are clean and neat. The lady that works the desk is kind and helpful. Prices are fair, and they are one of very few that allows pets.

I would give this place -5 stars. I arrived and it took an hour to check in when I booked online. Got two rooms. I went to my non smoking room to find Cigarette burns in the chair and blanket. Roaches were in the room. I went to check the 2nd room. Beer boxes outside the door. Open the door to find unmade beds and trash everywhere. I went back to office. They gave me another room key, so I went to check it out. The door reader didn’t work. Finally got into another room. My guys said there were mice dropping every where. Trash bags left around property. The do not restock anything. I stayed 4 nights. I spoke to the owner about a refund or discount. He basically told me I got a good rate and didn’t understand the problem. That I could have stayed somewhere else!

My S/O and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. When we first arrived they didn’t have anything organized. They had to send someone to clean a room for us because they haven’t cleaned any yet and it was close to 2:30pm. They cleaned up and room and it was nice. Nothing wrong. A few days go by and we came in late so we woke up later and so we had the dead bolt locked that they tell you to use if you want privacy. Well even though the dead bolt was locked we still got someone knocking on the door early in the morning asking for dirty towels. The beds are also kinda hard. It didn’t hurt my back because I have to sleep on a harder bed but my boyfriends back was hurting him pretty bad. I would stay here again even though there’s more downs than ups. You get what you pay for.

I wish I was able to give this place zero stars. The whole experience was awful which makes me really sad because just 15 years ago when I was in high school this hotel was in better shape and had a decent restaurant. Recently my family and I were displaced from our home for a night and needed a quick and affordable place to stay. We unfortunately chose The Landmark. Upon arrival we (myself and 3 small children) walked to our room and there was a man staring at us the whole walk while allowing his large, unleashed pitbull to follow us through the pool fence while barking, growling and lunging. When we entered the room, it was immediately apparent that the room was filthy. Every surface was covered in a layer of dirt and dust. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mold in the corners and
