Lovely place. Clean, friendly, super comfortable beds! Very nice free breakfast included. Not real fancy but for the price it is far and above most others.

All reviews I read were VERY misleading! ||We did not like the location as it was an old hotel in an old downtown area. During check-in, the person at the desk was not rude but not very personable whatsoever. Following check-in, we arrived to the room finding the window was open. There was a very bad odor to the room which seemed musty and smelled moldy. We opened the kitchenette window for a while to attempt to bring fresh air into the room. This didn’t help so we loaded up our bags and checked out at the front desk asking for a refund. They said I needed to request that through Booking.com. Decent place in a college neighborhood. Older, but fairly well kept. Pros: The staff was very cool and very helpful. Con: The TV situation is dismal. It's an older DirectTV system and I could only get about 5 channels, only political news shows, no local channels. I was there several days and it never improved. Another Con: even though the complex was fairly quiet, every single thing in my room made noise. The Heater/AC had an incessant ticking that affected my sleep, the toilet had a drip in the tank that could be heard from the bed, and the fridge was noisier than most. Even though I had a white noise machine, these things disturbed my ability to sleep in peace.

The staff are always very helpful and positive even during late night. They are responsive with our needs. The room is clean and has no bad smell. Definitely worth the price. Parking is also free.

Met expectations. Room was clean, front desk was friendly, grounds were well-kept and the location is VERY walkable to just about everything. Great deal. Would definitely book again.
