Lambert Inn

The Lambert Inn is the best place to stay on Vine St. Hospitality seems to be at the bottom of the list for the surrounding hotels. Though understandably they do not accept pets (Some of y’all are terrible pet parents, they will accommodate service animals with no extra fuss. No extra deposit depending on size. Just accommodation. They’re family owned and have been for years which comes across in the care for their business. Inexpensive shouldn’t equal cheap and filthy. The room was well kept up and very clean. I didn’t even have the urge to check the bed for stains because it just didn’t give that seedy hotel vibe. The family that owns the hotel has done a great job of keeping the business up. I hope they see an uptick in guest soon so they can continue investing in their gradual updates.

The location is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. The room smelled of smoke and also the water "smelled" of smoke...they don't offer non-smoking here. The room was a bit dim and the wireless internet kept dying. But, the price was good and there were no roaches. The maid was nice and checked on you daily to see what you needed. There were some mini ants near the sink but there are a lot of insects in Florida so you cannot complain. There are a lot of rules and they do watch to make sure you don't have visitors on the camera. But, I am sure that they deal with trashy people a lot so they have to cover themselves. They do require a $20 cash deposit but it was refunded since I did not damage the room.

The guy at the front desk is definitely don’t have customer service and I hope he knows his place have too much bugs to be talking to ppl he don’t know any type of way

Nice clean modern room with mini fridge and microwave. Room was spacious bathroom updated. Front desk was extremely accommodating. Only downside is the location. Very busy area hard to get into parking lot if you don't know exactly where you are going. This location is not on the tourist end of 192.

We booked a last minute trip and couldn't find a hotel for under $350 in Orlando for Spring Break. Yes...I know it is my fault....but we will never sty there again. It was dirty, trash under the beds, bathrooms weren't clean and moldy. The only good thing to say is the beds were at least comfortable. Hotel staff was rude, except for the lady the first night. They actually had the nerve to call the room at 1050 to remind us check out was at 11am!! When I said I know and we are packing now, she said we could charge your for another night. If at ALL POSSIBLE do not stay here!!!!!!
