Lakeside Village RV Resort

My first day there, I couldn't move in because the previous tenant was still there & had 2 wait till she moved out. Had to stay at a hotel my first night because my toilet was broken. Nothing but problems & the Landlord is intimidating & his sidekick that lived right next to me was a nuisance to everyone!! He has no problem blasting his music all hours of the night. Spreads rumours about everyone if he doesn't have like you. Lived there 10 months & nobody lasted for more than 3 months. This place is a nightmare & you can kiss your security deposit goodbye, unless you are in good standing with Ross!! Stay far away from this place.

It has a nice boat dock, & newer covered deck. It's a smaller park & all kinds of birds egrets pelicans all hang out. Need some type of landscaping, as it's pretty bland right now. I would love to plant around the place to give it color, & not just my lot. Steven is a great manager. A little on the high side for the places some which have seen better days. I think in the near future, things will be upgraded. Nice neighbors & wild life everywhere

Mmm where should I start, Pro- Steve is kind, affordable Cons- small, everything is clutter, neighbors look you a certain way, muddy, on the website their were advertisements of certain amenities which was not up and running When I pulled in I wanted to leave but since it was late I stayed, didn't last no more than 48hours I left and my plans were to stay there for 6 months. Now I lost my deposit and the money I payed ahead of time lost because they wouldn't give me a refund. Reply: its a shame because to even get a reply back regarding my refund took over 2 weeks, no one called and spoke to me regarding my concerns. Its call common courtesy. I said I would hate to leave a bad review but I had to share my experience regardless to warn other travelers.

I used to know the old owner who unfortunately passed away. The old owner was a sweetheart who would bend over backwards to help people. I sent several tenants his way and even considered moving here myself at one point when my lease was up elsewhere because Joe was so wonderful. The new owners are horrible, my friend has been threatened verbally abused and intimidated by these new owners. They aren't the only ones either. Several tenants had their rents raised without the proper notice required by law or have been run off by these new landlords. They use illegal tactics to try and force people out whom they dont like. If you rent here dont expect to see a deposit back ever. Sad to say but you might need to keep a lawyer on retainer too. Stay far far away from this place. No amount of ame

Lived here the past 6 months. Great location, quiet and gated. Fast free wifi, free washer/dryer and new fishing docks. Steve, the manager is very helpful and responds to issues right away. Great place!
