Lakeshore Villa RV Park

Paid over 1,000 for the month and they didn't even disclose that the bathrooms are boarded up the showers and all running water is only available a few hours a day. Very disappointed. Doesn't seem legal.

I moved here in April 2022 and continue on here. The people are great, everyone helps each other, there is an old saying, "It takes a village to raise a child", and the people here portray it. The park's owners and management have worked very hard to cleanup and beautify the park, it's like with a lot of places these days, it's had it's problems but the key word here is HAD. I have read some really ugly reviews on this site and a couple others and I would like to say that some of those people, not all, that wrote them, have had a bad experience because of failure to pay their rent or are problem causing and were asked to leave or were/are being evicted so of course they will try to hurt the park. To those that don't fall in that category, I would ask," If it's so bad, why don't you move so

Trust me don't go there it is not the place you want to be tern around and run to the other side of the freeway

The Lakeshore Vill RV Park has been one of the best experiences I've had in a long time when my girl and I arrived we were greeted with respect and before long we were set up thanks to the staff they have here my girl and I are older but they set are site up and made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities are clean they have a nice comm kitchen and rec hall but the main thing I like the most is how they make you feel right at home. It might not be the fanciest place around but it sure is the one where you can kick back and be part of something...

I would like to know if this is still owned by the bank?. Friends coming down from Oregon and was thinking of staying there for a couple of days, but said on the property it looks like auto dismantlers yard?. Doesn’t seem to have been cleaned up since before Covid my friends said.
