Salt Creek Resort & RV

We stayed here for the weekend. The resort is not on the water, but right across the road. There are a mix of RV spaces and “cabins”. The one bedroom cabins not what you would typically think of when you hear cabin. They're cinderblock duplexes, each with a kitchen, small living room, bathroom and a bedroom. The cabin we stayed in (#18) was overlooking the water. It had a picnic table and Adirondack chairs out back, along with a small BBQ. It was very clean and well maintained. The bedding and towels smelled freshly washed. It was near the pool, lawn area, tetherball pole and fire pit, but we didn’t find it to be too noisy. ||||The resort also has a recreation room that includes a foos ball table, shuffleboard, board games and a big screen TV. We were referred by some friends to stay here! So glad we did! Our 50th anniversary of family camping was made even more special with all the amenities provided! The pool is amazing, toys, floaties, plenty of lounges! The man cave and area to have group dinners was wonderful! We will definitely be back! The service was amazing!

What a great place to stay! We parked our 37 foot RV at one of their full hookup spots. Our 3 boys enjoyed the community pool and the RV park is very close to lake Shasta for swimming and other lake activities. Plus the owner Donna is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. If you’re looking to park your RV in a place close to the Lake with a great atmosphere look no further!

Great place to stay! Host Jessie and Donna were great! Close to water and a great pool. Cabins were spacious and RV spot was HUGE! Very accommodating to the very large group we had.

We had a great experience with Salt Creek Resort. We stayed in a 2bed cabin and the ammenities all worked well. The hostess Donna was welcoming, friendly, and clearlu prides herself on creating an awesome experience for the guests. Clean pool, tons of stuff for keeping active kids busy, quick and convenient access to the lake. We had to drive up one exit further to launch our boat as the boat launch right near was too low. I'd happily make another trip and stay at this wonderful place!
