Lakes Inn Warsaw, MO

Have stayed before many times no issues but our last stay was horrible. Paid for three nights and then asked for extra room keys won't give us extra key police was called and said we have been trespassed no warning no issues on our part basically legally stole our money not the only people this has happened to. Very sad...

Great customer service. Very friendly, respectful and kind. Room is just like any other room. Clean and No bad smells. the bed and pillows were so comfy we didn’t want to get up.

My husband and I stayed there earlier in the year or so for 1 night and everything was great! We had reserved rooms for our family and 3 grandchildren this past Friday thru Sunday. When we checked into our rooms which were side by side, our room smelled of smoke and pot smell...musty and mildew. My daughter's room reaked of the same. We decided to make the decision to not stay because it was unsatisfactory and my grandson has asthma and allergic to dogs. My daughter and I went to get our money back for our rooms and the Manager would not refund our money due to the unsatisfactory conditions! He threatened to call the police on us and wanted to check out our rooms for himself to see what the smell was. He informed us that he couldn't smell nothing bad and everything was fine. Absolutely the worst motel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty, the linens smelled like they hadn't been changed and the rooms smelled of BO and cigarettes. We had to find a place quickly and being from out of town we chose poorly. There aren't many motel options in Warsaw. We moved to Parkfield Inn this morning, much better and cleaner.

We stay here every year for our family fishing trip, and its always a great stay for us. Staff is very helpful and considerate. Located in a convenient spot right off the highway. Great prices for rooms if you're on a budget
