Grand River Resort

Excellent location near Long Shoal Marina with fish cleaning station nearby. Staff greeted us upon check-in, very warm and accommodating. Cabin was exceptionally clean and had all extras we needed for a five day stay. Plenty of room for our boat parking and outside outlet for charger within easy reach. First time visiting this area and first time fishing Truman Lake, great time and would definitely stay at the Grand River Resort again. My husband and I both thought we fit right in we did not meet a stranger on this trip, we were pleasantly surprised at how friendly the entire town seemed to be.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Ice cream is delicious with great prices. Will definitely be back!!

Diane and her husband have treated us like family for the last 3 years we have stayed for spoonbill season. We stayed in their A Frame cabin this year. The 1st year we had a large 2 bedroom cabin and an efficiency cabin last year. We prefer the smaller cabin for us and our service dog. Thank you Grand River Resort for making our stay every year the best!

My family, plus Grandma, had a great time spending the week at Grand Review Resort. We had a nice, CLEAN!!! 2 bedroom cabin. It was a wonderful visit. Grand River is excellent, I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay at the Truman Lake area. Our girls enjoyed the pool, the mini golf and everything in the area. The owners are awesome and personal. I can’t stress enough how clean everything is and how nice it was to not worry about that.

My husband stayed here for work and when we found out that he would be staying in one of the cabins, we decided to make it into a little family getaway. We had such a great experience! The cabin itself was clean, which definitely matters, and we were pleased with the layout and the feel of the facilities themselves. The place is dated, but for the price and with how well maintained it is, it's definitely a great find. We would love to return, hopefully in a warmer month when we can really enjoy the pool and mini golf. We gladly recommend staying here!
