RV THERE YET RV PARK

Just visited looking for future plans but the tour was great. Bathroom and shower house very clean and nice walk in showers. Lots of space between sites. Dog run. Friendly owners that are eager to make your stay a good one. Doing long term stays only. No overnights currently. Lake access just down the road.

Great place to stay! The two guys running this place are amazing to work with. Very down to earth and friendly. They made sure everything was going smoothly, kept communication strong with us. Highly recommend this place if you’re wanting to stay. We love this place so far can’t wait to make more memories here.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this park almost by accident. I was in need of a place to live "longer term" and it's location was ideal for both personal and practical reasons. It is not far from town yet pretty private. There are two nice coves with boat ramps each located under 1 mile from here. It is quiet with no traffic noise. As far as the facility goes, it is top notch. The lots and open spaces are generous. The shower house with laundry and private bathroom setup is very nice. The dog run is a thoughtful touch. I am very happy with the entire place and feel the lot fee is very fair. Also... Mike and Curbie have been as honest, hard working and eager to please the residents here as anyone could reasonably expect. I appreciate their straight talk and willingness to listen too.

Excellent place to park. The water is just down the road. The shower house is so nice you don't even believe your at an RV park. Plus only people with the code can get in so no "riff raff". There is a small dog park perfect for meeting fellow dog lovers and letting dogs run free. It is very nice, I love it!

50‘ x 80‘ site! I love our park. Our road ends in Truman Lake. Free boat ramp. City ramp Lake of the Ozarks 2 miles. You will not beat Mike’s rate on electricity. He and Curbie care about the community they’re building. Very friendly, chill, respectful and dog lovin’ neighborhood growing. My home. Have a fire ring that I love. Nicest showers in Benton county.
