Love Lake Palestine Resort. Love to see all the work they have done on the property. The staff is so nice & always willing to bend over backwards to help. Can't wait to see what the future holds for them!
This place is absolutely terrible. The employees are extremely rude, and the place is in bad shape. It's very clear when a company is only interested in profit and not in customer service. Ever since this resort was bought out, it had gone downhill and is nothing like what it used to be.
