this is a good place to live and if you see it for your self and people are nice here good friends do good with kids

I live here. I love it. Peace and quiet. Owner is very caring and will help you if you need it at any time 24.7. My dog loves it. He runs free and we feel at home

I recently had a friend move here and the place is great the owner is exceptional he used to work for a RV company building them my understanding for 20-plus years then when he retired he opened up the spark and he maintains the maintenance on most of his clientele that live there and doesn't charge them anything for that that's a pretty great guy pretty great place to live I would think no mud holes all gravel parking lot easy in and out if you want to move there he'll come pick you up all your trailer help set you up if anything breaks you help fix it he knows his stuff just word of mouth if I still have my trailer that's where I would be that's old man a few years back needed the money but my friend really brags on this guy and this place and he's really happy there he was miserable at

This place is absolutely terrible!!!!! The owner is cool but the folks living here are TERRIBLE. Almost got attacked by a dog in the camper spot I'm paying for, 11:00 P.M. I hear fireworks going off (may 31st) there are cats EVERYWHERE and it's not nice AT ALL... This is a wast of money for me and I'll never be back!!!!!
