Lake Front Mobile Home & RV Park

It's a nice friendly park. Management micromanages the tenants. Likes to tell them, everything they do wrong. Don't drive 7 miles per hour- even when going down hill, manager will complain. Can't throw garbage away after 7pm, or wash or dry laundry. Oh and fully expect the on-site manager to enforce ALL the rules on EVERYBODY except himself. My friend came to visit me, and she had her dog WHO STAYED IN HER CAR THE ENTIRE TIME, and still he came and warned me (after she left of course) about animals weighing 20 pounds or less. Meanwhile his dog is 40 pounds or so.... but heaven forbid I want to allow my clothes to finish drying (they had 20 minutes left) When 7pm comes, the laundry doors lock, no ifs, ands, or buts.

The manager was standing in the driveway hollering and waving his hand and yelling at me for too fast I was going 5 miles an hour he thinks he is God and have very poor customer service and very very rude and disrespectful.

First of all there are no short term space rental for camping and such. Everyone here is a longterm resident. The upper half of the park is all manufactured homes while the lower half is RV spaces. I can only relate to the RV portion of the park and I have lived here almost two years. The park is right on the lake but there is no swimming and lake access it limited to a boat ramp and fishing from the fenced seawall. I find the place to be mostly peaceful, pleasant and space rental is very reasonable. The residents that live around me are very friendly and helpful and everyone looks out for each other.

The manger Bill is a complete pos. Always looking for a problem. Drives around staring 5-6 times a day. Claims you can only throw 2 bags of trash out a week even though there is no rule anywhere about that.Tweekers everwhere and he actually employs them there for side jobs. Advertised laundry room on site but is permanently closed. Not even a good place to visit. Couldnt pay me to live there

Been living here for seven years now the rent has doubled since 2018 when I first moved in
