Where do I begin? Rex the Manager ACTUALLY CARES about us as well as the Park. This place is THE quietest park I've ever been in, and the Laundry room and shower baths are always clean clean clean!! Not to mention maintenance is on top of this place!! GREAT JOB everyone!!

The manager is a great and respectful guy. The park is peaceful and quiet.

My 80yo uncle has lived there 10 years and the management has bullied and harassed him continually. While moving him out she called the police and had his helpers removed from the property for trespassing. I'm sure in hopes he wouldn't be able to leave and she could continue to harass him. There's also a huge pest problem. Over $1300 in damages to his roof from raccoons and rats coming from the dumpsters they don't maintain properly. She told him the rodents weren't her problem.

Revoked my reservation without notice, after 6 hours of travelling to get to the campsite. Very disrespectful. I do not recommend, walmart's parking is a better option.

The place is nice and quiet but the manager is one evil woman. She overcharges for anything on a whim. She has no problem using extortion on her residents. If you try talking with her about it , she just tells you if you don't like it leave. She makes things unbearable at times.
