Our extending family of 11 adults had a fabulous stay at the Caroline House. There was plenty of room to spread out over the 3 buildings as well as the many outdoor gathering spots. Beds were super comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing! The location was great for walking to restaurants and shops as well as being only 10 minutes to the Luminaire venue for the wedding we were attending. Connie and Eric went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! Starting out, my husband and I were looking for a quiet place to spend New Year’s Eve with our two dogs. I happened upon this cabin on the air bnb website and noted that downtown Montgomery does not allow fireworks, as our primary reason for the stay was that one of our dogs is petrified of them. We booked this cabin for its cozy photos, great reviews, and quiet location, having no idea that it was a full historical bed and breakfast! What a pleasant surprise! From start to finish, this trip exceeded expectations. We were warmly greeted upon arrival by our host, Eric, who took his time welcoming us fully. We have found a TREASURE in Montgomery, Texas. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Caroline House over Thanksgiving. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was charming, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The peaceful surroundings and warm hospitality made our holiday truly special. We highly recommend the Caroline House to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Montgomery.

My husband and I stayed with Eric and Connie at The Caroline House over two nights for a Magnolia wedding. We chose The Cottage, a private, two-person cabin. It was cozy, charming, and comfortable! The entire bed and breakfast is a gem. Connie gave us a tour, complete with so much interesting history of the buildings, the families who previously owned the property, and even the gorgeous antiques that have conveyed with the home over the years. Eric made us a wonderful breakfast, complete with eggs from their own chickens, Connie's grandmother's biscuit recipe, and local farmers' market jams. They even joined us for the meal. The whole experience is exactly what we hoped for in a small town B&B. Don't miss this delightful place!
